This project was a blessing. I thoroughly enjoyed giving advice for changing Tansy’s formal tone and highlighting how to make it friendly in tone. Some of the usual repetitions had crept in, like ‘however’ and ‘or’ and ‘perhaps’. There is a time and a place for all words, but we can add word variety to ensure a pleasant read.
As an editor/writer, I always make suggestions to improve sentence-to-sentence links and paragraph bridges.
