Including mockup, wrap cover, and bonus 3D image.
Book Design…. this all depends on how many illustrations and tables there are. So, from $500 to $1,500.
Indexing… professional editor indexing is $2 per typeset page (simple, which most are).
Editing… professional copy editing is ballpark 3.5 cents per word, however, manuscripts are at all different levels and need different things. Comprehensive editing is about 7 cents per word, as it includes two rounds, one of which can be quite complex.
